Erin, a St. John’s native, grew up playing various sports, ultimately focusing on soccer. She competed both locally and nationally before joining the Memorial Seahawks Women’s Soccer Team during her university years.
In 2024, Erin earned a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, having previously obtained an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-op) from Memorial University in 2020. Her passion for sports drives her to work with athletes on fitness and performance, and she actively volunteers as a team trainer for a local Challenge Cup Soccer Team.
In her free time, Erin enjoys running, working out, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. Originally from St. John’s, Dr. Allison Noseworthy relocated to Barrie, Ontario in 1999 to train at the Mariposa International School of Figure Skating. After experiencing various injuries, she was inspired to pursue post‑secondary education focused on diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
Dr. Noseworthy earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating with clinical honours and Dean’s List distinction. She is also a certified Contemporary Medical Acupuncture and Graston Technique provider, a Level 2 Pilates Reformer Instructor, and trained in a variety of manual and instrument‑assisted soft tissue techniques.
For the past 12 years, Dr. Noseworthy has practiced privately at a multidisciplinary clinic in Barrie, Ontario, delivering patient‑centered care through a collaborative health model. She has successfully treated a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions using tailored approaches for individuals of all ages and activity levels.

Hayley is a Registered Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Certified Yoga Instructor on a mission to transform the practice of Pelvic Health by blending Pelvic Floor Therapy, Yoga, and wellness. Her passion for women and family health led to founding Higher State Health and Wellness Club, where she currently practices, teaches, and operates as Clinical Director.
Hayley obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Physiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Hayley went on to complete advanced courses in perinatal care and dry needling. She found her niche working with women from conception to birth to help them prepare for labour and delivery as well as to restore function in their core and pelvic floor muscles after birth.
Hayley is passionate about knowledge translation and education in pelvic health. These passions have led to multiple philanthropic endeavours on behalf of women’s organizations, including operating for several years on the board of the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
